Hysterical Darkness

Much of artist Simone Porrovecchio's work would be described as dark humoured. But sometimes, it's just dark. 
In her first solo exhibition, Simone uses a combination of interactive mixed media sculpture and painting to explore the relationship between darkness and light, turmoil and humour, childlike delight and adult horror.
