In Cyberspace, Everyone Can Hear You Scream

My cyber collage paintings are inspired by internet images, my own photographs and observations.
I love patterns and symbols, and the paint effects of metallic and iridescent paints, for their glistening colours and effects.
I love the word, "cyber", coined in 1948 by a mathematician, and everything it doesn't appear to properly define. I've wanted to know for years what it means and now, so satisfactorily, I still don't!
As a self-taught, enthusiastic amateur artist, I have been strongly influenced by political demonstration banner art and declamatory, agitprop posters, from an early age.
In my grimmer paintings, the future has arrived, reflecting each current patriarchy’s success at abusing Nature, the biosphere, Pachamama, Indigenous-animist tree worshipping peoples, Gaia, our Mother Earth, women, and our children.
